An area in Leicester city centre has been blocked off by Police this morning after a violent incident.
The incident is believed to have happened on Humberstone Road, where the Police cordon is currently in place.
A number of people have been reported to be injured in the incident. A damaged car is also at the scene, which appears to have been in a collision.
Witness also reported seeing a seriously injured man lying on the ground, being treated by paramedics. A shop can also be seen with its windows smashed.
