The latest coronavirus data from Public Health England shows Leicester and the boroughs of Charnwood and Oadby & Wigston are seeing the highest rates of new infections.
All three areas have over 200 cases per 100,000 people, compared to the average in England of 108. On the positive side, Harborough and North West Leicestershire have seen the number of new weekly cases fall.

219 cases per 100,000 people
717 cases in the last week (12 Oct -18 Oct), an increase of 146 compared to the previous week
Charnwood
Total cases of 2,527 as at 21 Oct
282 cases per 100,000 people
525 cases in the last week (12 Oct -18 Oct), an increase of 88 compared to the previous week
Blaby
Total cases of 1,258 as at 21 Oct
155 cases per 100,000 people
157 cases in the last week (12 Oct -18 Oct), an increase of 11 compared to the previous week
Oadby & Wigston
Total cases of 1,144 as at 21 Oct
263 cases per 100,000 people
